stand by

can't get my computer to go on stand by automatically. I
go to power and set it then to save as and it gives me a
message thats says "Indicates two revision levels are
incompatable." Can't get it to go on stand by. Could some
one please tell me what to do?

Hi George,

That's symptomatic of a driver conflict. Have you recently updated or added
one? The fix varies, and sometimes there is no fix. If you've never been
able to use standby, then you may need to update one or more drivers. If you
were previously able to, and it suddenly stopped, you may need to "rollback"
a recently installed update to the previous version. This is done through
the properties of the device in device manager (control
panel/system/hardware tab).
