Stand alone presentation

I am creating a large group of slides for sales people to take on the road.
In some areas an Internet connection is not available. I have several videos
and Captivate created Flash files that I would like to include which a
currently played by links on the slides. Is there a way to actually put them
in the presentation so the .ppt file will be "stand alone" and not depend on
an Internet connection?

Greatly appreciated.
