stacking windows in a row

I see pictures when I surf showing windows in Vista lined up 3D on the
desktop. How do I do this? Here is an example.

Click the "Switch between windows" button in Quick Launch toolbar (the
button w/ many windows), or
Winkey + tab then hold the Winkey pressed.
In your mouse software you might have a "Flip 3D" command - same thing.
