Stacked toolbar

Hi

My Word-2000 (on Win-2000) suddenly started displaying
Envelope toolbar (for sending mails), although I never
sent one from the Word.
It happened after procedure Insert|File|<word file>
The toolbar is glued only to this specific file. For other
files it doesn't appear.
There's no way to remove it.
On View|Toolbar it doesn't appear.
On Tools|Customize|Toolbar the "Envelope" is checked and
it doesn't allow to un-check it.
Any idea?

Click the Email icon on the Standard toolbar - it's about two icons over
from Save.
