Stacked Column bar charts smallest value / excess on top

Assume i have a simple bar chart with 3 dates and 2 sources Red and
Blue,
month 1 Red 10 Blue 15
month 2 Red 25 Blue 20
month 3 Red 15 Blue 20

how do you do a chart which shows the excess colours accordinly ie in
month 1 it would be predominatly red (coloured red) for 10 units, with
the excess of 5 in blue, and then in the second month predominanly
blue (coloured blue) for 20 with the excess of red being 5, and then
revesed again for the 3rd month

If you have a colums for Max value and then put on 2 axis it half
works, but always puts one colour as the first, in this case Red will
always start.
IE

Month 1 Red 10 Blue 5 total 15
Month 2 Red 5 Blue 20 total 25
Month 3 Red 15 Blue 5 Total 20

What i want to show is:

Month 1 Red10 Blue 5
Month 2 Blue 20 Red 5
Month 3 Red 15 Blue 5

good coding, i was hoping to do it without VBA, however yours is quite
an effictive simple solution.
