Stacked bar and lines on 2 axes

Is it possible to create a chart that has stacked bars on one axis (e.g.
values between 0 and 10) and have lines relating to the second axis (e.g
values between 0 and 30,000)? I have 4 series each for the stacked bar and
lines.

Yes. Ignore all "Chart types" in the wizard that purport to be
"combinations", just fix it for yourself series by series.

The most important thing to realise is that "Chart type" is a property
of an individual series, not the whole chart. If you have a stacked bar
chart of eight series, then select each of the four series you want to
turn into a line, right click, and select "Chart type".

Then format that series, select the "Axis" tab and choose the secondary
axis for each of the line series. Done.
