Stack overflow at line "0"

I have suddenly started getting this message when I open "outlook Express"
I havent a clue what it means! I'm using XP home addition. help would be
appreciated

I tried to down load the up-dates as you recomended but I got the message
that none of them were aplicable to my computer but the notice has now gone!
I'm confused but happy that its gone, so something worked. Thank you
