You have to open up IIS manager and go to that site then
select the security tab and create a certificate key which
you will send to verisign or thwarte along with about $300
and then you go back to that same place and install the
certificat. You can get a free temporary certificate to
setup and try out making sure everything is working and
then purchase the key to replace it.
