SSL failure and Digital IDs

Good evening. I have been using my current system (Vista Home Premium) for
some time. Switched to AT&T Yahoo! DSL in January. Set up the accounts per
instructions (Boxes checked and servers 465 and 995 set) and everything
worked fine. Until Monday, when I tried to use mail and got the Server
Timeout message (error code ended in CCC0080F if memory serves) for both send
and receive functions. If I turn off authentication and set the ports to 25
and 110 it works but I know AT&T won't be happy. Today I deleted the single
Personal Digital ID in my cache and everything works with authentication
enabled and the ports set to 465 and 995. I should be happy, right? But
everytime I start up Mail the darned Digital ID reappears.

Suggestions?

That issue used to happen to OneCare users a while back.
Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.

Tools>options>security, remove any checkmarks under Digital ID>Apply.
