ssipddp -- cant't undock

G

Guest

Hello,

I'm running Win XP Pro SP1a on Laptop computer Dell D-600.
When I try to undock the laptop, I receive the following
error:

" You cannot eject your computer because the
service "SSIPDDP", which controls one of the devices in
docking station, does not support Plug and Play and cannot
be stopped"

If I force to undock the laptop then computer stops to
respond.
I applied to Dell, but they didn't provide me any
meaningful answer.

I will be grateful for any help.
Thanks,
Gary.
