1) Lose the caps - it's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.
2) That is an MS support code - and this isn't MS support - this is a
peer to peer newsgroup - though MS personnel may post here do so in their
own time and are not in MS's employ when they do so.
