Have the following temp and .srt files that look suspicious and I'm not sure
I even need if safe: suggestions?

*.tmp are just that, temporary files used by programs for various reasons -
if they remain, either 1 of 2 things happened - the program terminate
abnormally leaving the *.tmp file behind or bad programming by the
programmer - he/she did not cleanup after him/her self (been there done
that - sometimes you just forget).

*.srt files are normally "SORT" work files, again they should normally be
cleaned up after use or program termination, again they can be left behind
for the same reasons *.tmp files are left behind.
