sqlparse.dll missing or broken ref

I get this msg when I open a db(created in 2000) in 2003 Access.
I converted it bu still get the msg everytime I try to open it.

Sounds like a broken reference to Microsoft SQL Parser Object Library. It
was probably broken during the conversion. To reset go the Code behind any
form or report, Tools... References and find it on the list. It might be at
the top listed as missing or you might have to scroll the list.

Thanks for the reply. I found it in the list but II'm confuse on what to do
with
it. Uncheck it or what?

If it says MISSING by it then you need to find it on the list (probably a
different version) and check it. If it doesn't say missing I would uncheck
and recheck it...
