Open the form in design view, open the form properties, press Alt+Enter or
select view > properties from the menu bar.
Click on the top left corner of the form, now the you have the form
properties, select all in the TAB, the most top property called RecordSource.
You can either paste the SQL there or, on the Button on the right, with the
three dots, press on it, and a query type of form will be opened, select SQL
and paste your sql.
