SQL Statement

I give it a value in the select case statement which get the value when I
initialize the variables, the value come from some controls on a form. I
did some test and I think it does not like the"," that is passed in the
variable in the having statement.
 
It would have if you posted your actual code and explained exactly what the
problem is (do you get an error? If so, what is it?)
