You should avoid asking the same question twice or more. Even if you
decided that your first post had a bad subject line, wait to see if someone

You can't install them on a Windows XP platform, but if you have Windows
2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server, then you can install both Exchange and
SQL on the same machine.
