SQL server

upon start up of my windows xp just as i am logging in an error message
appears saying that my SQL server is either corrupt or has been tampered with
and that i should uninstall and reinstall. How do i do this?

Hi Clay,
Since you didn't provide much of information about your Operating system
and if you realy installed SQL server on your machine or it is a message from
any application. The Operating system looking to read it's database and for
some reason failed, say like Anti-virus, anti-spyware, MS Office...etc.

If you don't have a SQL or you have try to look in the Event Viewer for any
error messages can shed some lights on what causing the problem.
