we want to backup database using visual basic 2005.

i am using visual basic 2005 and my database sql server 2005.
how i can backup to my database , write code.
? 1- stopping sql server service (msde2000)
? 2- backup or restore database ( table)
? 3- run to sql server service (msde2000)
