SQL commenting II

Martin

Thank you for your reply, Rob. But what I'd like to be
able to do when writing a new query (e.g., a Union Query)
or learning via looking at the SQL code is to use comments
to explain what's going on. Another time I've found
commenting very useful is to be able to comment out a
line, or several, and see how the results change.

Hi,

True, it is even worse with Access+ MS SQL Server, where you have to
SAVE the query before running it ( you are not obliged to save the query
with Access+Jet to run/test a modification of the query)... You know where
is the Microsoft Suggestion Box, don't you?

Hoping it may help,
