SQL CE query tool problem..it's upside down!

I tried search and couldn't find the answer to this, but SQLCE Query on
my PPC is displaying wrong. The connect, delete, create database
buttons are up top and there is no File menu at the bottom. I've tried
uninstalling it, and reinstalling, tried downloading the whole SQL
Server CE package from microsoft. But I still can't get the query tool
to look and work right. The buttons are cut in half up top, but the
treeview looks normal and is in the right location. I've tried soft
resetting as well.

Any one else ever had this happen?

I am wondering if it has anything to do with the stowaway bluetooth
keyboard that I installed the other day. SQL query tool worked on my
device 4 weeks ago, but it seems the SIP is one of the contributors to
the problem - it seems to push the menubar out of alignment when
running the query tool.
