do you know if Smartphone 2003 supports SQL CE ?

Where can I find informations, whitepaper, documents on techincal
specifications of Smartphone 2003 ?

SqlServerCe is not supported on Smartphone 2003. I'm not sure what technical
specs you require for the platform but the SDK documentation is a good place
to look for supported APIs, forms controls, screen layout metrics etc. If
you install the Smartphone 2003 SDK on top of Visual Studio 2003 it will add
in .NET CF specific topics into the Visual Studio help. You can download the
SDK here:-

With techincal specs I intende:
- what applicatives (programs) are pre-installed on this S.O. ?
- with my applicative can I interact with software pre-installed (such as
Outlook, if there's) ?
- which DB can I use on this platform ?

Further, as I am new for the mobiling development and peripherals, where can
I found a general overview:
- to start mobile development
- difference between Smartphone 2003 and Poket PC 2003
- all troubleshoutings in development on these platforms

Yes, I ask too much, but I appreciate any answer
