SQL CE distributable for RDA??

I have a PPC CF CE app that uses RDA to pull data from SQL Server 2000 db.
I'm trying to document what is needed to set IIS up for RDA.
From this I'm outlining minimum software/hardware requirements.

The VS2003 automatically installs SQL Server CE on the PPC but what kind of
distributables do i need to set up IIS? Does the client I sell the app to
need to install Microsoft eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0??? or is there another
way to set up the agent on IIS to implement RDA Pull?

IE: is there a simple way to use SQL Server CE Virtual Directory Creation
Wizard without having to go through loading Microsoft eMbedded Visual Tools
3.0 as http://www.microsoft.com/sql/ce/downloads/ce20.asp outlines?

Your clients don't need to install the eMbedded Visual Tools. Just download
sqlce20sql2ksp3a.exe from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...7a-a9fa-49d1-bbb7-2bee43cf64d7&DisplayLang=en

to get your Server Tools and IIS up and running.

Is the SQL Server CE Virtual Directory Creation Wizard available to set up
the virtual directory for the agent dll or does one just do that manually?
It looks like the wizard does a heck of a lot of configuration for you with
the wizard.
