SQL and Windows XP Pro Question

Hello,

I have Windows XP Professional on my computer.

I am working on an ASP.Net / VB web site and i need to use Microsoft SQL
Database.

I think it is possible to use SQL in Windows XP Professional. I believe
it's something like an Add-on...

Is this right?
Where can i get this?
