Spyware

My Friends computer is saying that there is spyware on it i tried to run
spyware doctor and x cleaner deluxe but it still says that there is spyware.
it disabled my task manager and the program spy sherriff keeps popping up and
i cant get rid of it. i tried to do system restore but it keeps sayin no
changes have been made. What can i do to get rid of this.
