spyware warning real or bogus?

While crusing the internet a window popped up looking
like a regular windows pop-up but was titled Microsoft
Internet Explorer, inside the box it said:

Warning

Windows detected spy software 'acpStelth.cin' ver.2.018.

Somebody is trying to access you through port 443.

Your private information is in danger.

Click 'OK' for info on how to remove the spy software.

I didn't know if this was real so I clicked the red X and
backed out and ran a virus scan but came up empty.
I typed the supposed spyware name into google but found
nothing.

Has anyone seen or heard of this??

It was most likely a company's attempt to sell you a Spyware Eliminator
program....
