spyware software

Would like to know what is the best spyware software out
there. Free is not always the best. I have ad-ware 6.0 on
my computer now would like another one that is easy to
use and a good interface.

If you had to pick from the firewall with SP2 or Zone
alarm pro 5 which is the best. I was told you can not
have two running at the same time one must be shutdown I
am right? I have a internet connection all the time have
high speed cable internet.

Note: OS is XP Pro with service pack 2 installed on
computer.

The XP Firewall doesn't monitor outgoing access to the Internet. Therefore
a '2-way' Firewall is preferable, such as ZoneAlarm, as you have already
mentioned. If ZA is installed, then the XP Firewall can be disabled.
