Spyware Redirector

Running IE 6.o sp1 with patch and a redirector spyware or
redirector has taken over the browser. Even when I remove
entries from the registry they come back. The dll that
is redirecting is oqvmw.dll. Even if I delete file it
still managers to come back. Any thoughts or suggestions
would be much appreciated.
