Everytime I open IE, i-lookup.com becomes my homepage. I

suggestions?

Gregg,
"i-lookup" info: http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ILookup.html

Both SpyBot and Ad-aware target this pest! Strange that your scans
are not detecting it...
Are you sure you have the latest updates for both applications?
You likely do but I must ask since the pest should be caught.

Try running Hijack This as a last resort, since SpyBot and Ad-aware
are not detecting it. Info and download here:

Many thanks for the quick reply! To clarify, both Ad-
aware and SpyBot detect i-lookup.com. I do select to
remove it but it comes back when I reopen IE. The link to
doxdesk was good but the instructions for removal do not
work, as I do not see i-lookup in the Downloaded Programs
folder. I'm at a loss and extremely frustrated. Any other
suggestions?

Gregg,

Per my reply post:

Try running *Hijack This* as a last resort, since SpyBot and Ad-aware
are not detecting it. Info and download here:

Hope this helps and please post back with your findings.

Folder "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files" is system folder. You have to
enable displaying hiiden and system files from explorere's Tools -> Folder
options -> View. Enable show hidden files and protected system files.
