Spyware Doctor

I have Spyware Doctor to try can catch most of my spyware. My question is:
when I run a scan of my computer, I'm never sure what is safe to remove. I
have no idea what any of this stuff is and if it's okay to remove it. A
friend told me to just remove everything that comes up, but I'm not sure if
that's right.

Can you help me?

but generally most of the things antispyware finds should be removed :) :) :)

However , if you are normal surfer/user , you should not have malware
everyday/every week but once it is found it needs to be removed completely
