Spyware Browser Helper Object NOT reported by MSASW

I have the most up to date signatures, and it did not
find or clean ErrorPageDirectory.dll - a BHO that
redirects not found pages to page-not-found.com

Can you submit a tools, suspected spyware report from a machine with this in
place, and mention it in the report?
