Spyware and Windows XP Home Edition

I am working on a computer that has had lots of spyware installed. I have ran
Norton Anti-Virus, Spybot v1.3, Microsoft AntiSpyware, and Ad-Aware SE
Personal.
Now when I restart the computer the Programs Folder for some reason pops up
and I have to close it each time the computer starts. Can someone tell me why
it is doing this?

We all know 1 ormore products may remove some spywares , I use
Earthlink.net's Spyware Blocker , Ad-Aware SE . H/P recommends SpySubtract .
I Purchased this with the hard copy shipped to me . Try Start
