NORTON ANTI VIRUS ADVISES ME OF A WORM CALLED SPYBOT.
NONE OF THE WINDOWS UPDATES REMOVES ITOR REFERS TO IT.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW AND WHERE I CAN GET RID OF IT

Hi - please don't type in all caps - it's hard to read, and is considered
'shouting'.
Windows Update doesn't remove worms, but you do need to visit it regularly
to get all critical updates.

Get rid of your P2P file sharing software - this is the main way this worm
spreads.
Practice "safe hex" - use a firewall, keep your AV software updated, etc....
