I would say yes! I run Spybot and I never had any problems when I let Spybot
fix the problems.

I ran Spybot and it came up with several DSO Exploit warnings. Information
can be found at http://security.greymagic.com/adv/gm001-ie/

The question is: should I allow Spybot to "fix" these problems or can they
safely be ignored?

They all have this message: "There's a security hole in IE allowing websites
to execute code without asking you first. You can find more information at
http://security.greymagic.com/adv/gm001-ie/"

You need to apply some of the security patches from MS. Spybot does not
do this for you.

In IE, you can click Tools, Internet Update.
