spybot search and destroy question

my spybot search and destroy on ADMIN it says it blocks 8713 items when i
immunize but on GUEST it says 4816 blocked items .is there anyway to make
them the same
thank in advance

No, because the Guest account does not have full access rights to all the
system files, so therefore software running under that account will not
either.
