Nope, probably beacuse your version is really outdated.

Do not use teatimer or immunize within Spybot if you also running MSAS.

Spybot Search & Destroy is free--for everyone. The reason yours isn't
updating is because it is an old version which is no longer supported, I
believe. Download the current version, and you should be fine.
