Spybot error "kann nicht erstellt werden"

I think I have got a trojan. When I run spybot I get an error message when
it tries todelete one peice of spyware. The message is

"Unexpected error in fixing problems. (Datei"c:\windows\hosts" kann nicht
erstellt werden. The process cannot access the file because it is being used
by another process."

Any ideas

Try to run Spybot in "Safe Mode".

Reboot into Safe Mode
(http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406)
and rename (e.g., 'oldhosts') or delete C:\Windows\*hosts* <=this file.

In WinXP, the default location for the real hosts file is
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC.

Still in Safe Mode, run Spybot again.
