Randy, do you have some experience with false positives in Spybot?
I've used it for more than two years probably and it always complains for a
lnk file. It's a simple shortcut to Alcoda Software's WordSpring, an English
dictionary. I even deleted the original lnk (in case it was infected) and
created the shortcut again. Since Spybot continued complaining, I contacted
Safer Networking and was asked to send the file. I took care of sending
(zipped) the lnk itself and not the program it points to. Since two months
later it still was producing false positives, I asked them what happened
with my example. No answer ever and from then, four or more months have
passed.

I understand that giving them some donation (as I did) does not mean
preferential treatment, but I expected them to put attention to those
things.
