Spy sweeper wont work on limited account??

When I log onto an account ,eg Guest that dosent have admin rights,my
spysweeper wont protect me when surfing the internet. A message comes up
saying it wont run without admin rights UNLESS you configure windows XP, then
it says to learn how to do this go to windows support...but I cant find
anything there.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! The problem here is I cant have my kids
on as admin users either because they have been overiding my settings,
(having those rights and privaleges) and going onto porn sites. I want them
to be able to have access to sites I will allow them to see, but still need
Spyware to be protecting!
Any answers?
