Webroot Spy Sweeper 4.5.9.709 was out today. It is not known what was
fixed.

It was to fix the problems below but it did not fix the slow down in IE with
the Java BHO for me when I installed it.

IE Slowdown With Java BHO
ActiveX Shield
Minor bugs & fixes
