Spreadsheet that automatically updates investment prices?

Looking for a spreadsheet or spreadsheet function(s) that automatically
updates investment prices (tired of entering info manually).
 
You may want to goto xtraders group>join>download some of mine and other
FREE files to do this for you.
Look for donalb36 as the author
