Spreadsheet scrolling

I have a workbook with 3 sheets in it. Occasionally one or more of the
sheets will not scroll up or down from the cells viewed on the screen. the
scroll bar acts like the sheet is moving but nothing does move. Today My
number 1 sheet is working but 2 & 3 are "frozen" on the cells that are on the
screen. Any ideas?

Tap the 'Scroll Lock' key on your keyboard and try it again.
That should do it.
