spreadsheet not visible

When I minimize an excel spreadsheet within the excel Window, I can no longer
see the spreadsheet or its title bar. If I select Full Screen from the View
menu, it becomes visible, but disappears if I select another view.

I installed this version of Office several months ago, and it worked fine
until yesterday.
