Spreadsheet not displayed - v.2003

I have a user that everytime she opens a spreadsheet, all
the toolbars and sheet tabs are displayed but not the
spreadsheet. If she views in full screen the data is
displayed. Then if she views normally the data stays and
she can work normally. Has anyone else had this happen?
 
I'd try:
Window|arrange|Tiled
and resize by hand

Then save it (for the next time!)
