Spreadsheet Linking

Tami

Hi - I need help figuring out how to link a cell in a
workbook to another column in a 2nd workbook. I am only
assuming that linking them would work. What I have is a
master budget spreadsheet. In a second file, I keep up
with how many miles I drive daily. Each time I enter the
miles, I would like for it to automatically be entered in
my master budget spreadsheet, and calculate total mileage
driven plus in another column, add how much money (25
miles x .50). I know how to calculate the miles driven x
the money - I'm just now sure how to populate the master
spreadsheet once an entry is made in the mileage
worksheet.
Any help is much appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance,
Tami
