The spreadsheet has a password, How can I get this code to work?

DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acImport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel9, "Bud_XLS",
"c:\bud.xls", True, "etc_db"

To my knowledge, you cannot use TransferSpreadsheet with a
password-protected worksheet.
