Spped up tooltips

Hello,

Is there anyway to speed up the appearance of a tooltip? In this case
I mean one created using the ALT tag of an img element. Seems a bit
slow.

I don't know of a way to speed up IE's native tooltip appearance. You could
use custom tooltips on your page w/ scripting & CSS to make them appear
instantly - check out this site and the example page (downloadable script
