sport - previous encountes

Hi,

I'm creating a worksheet containing stats for our soccerteam,
I would like to be able to see stats for previous encounters.
I have all the historical data needed (are imported, so it's sorted b
date. Winning team in column A, loosing team in column B but havin
problems with functions.
My thought was that you entered team A's name in i.ex column A1 an
Team B's name in column C1.
Previous scores would be listed with name in column A2 and C2 and dow
and results in B2, D2 and down.

Can you post a snippet of your database containing the historica
records of encounters? (Not an attachment).

I think I'd try selecting the range, then Data|filter|autofilter.

Then you could filter to show only the items you want to see.

(Filter on column A to see a certain team. Filter on column B to limit it to
only certain opponents.)
