Sporadic Windows XP Shutdown

Hi Everyone,
I have a XP Pro system in the past I was getting
system freeze-ups that would last a few seconds to
several minutes. Never once resulting in any error
messages in the Event Viewer. I also run OnTrack
SystemSuite, with Crash protection. Nothing shows up. I
decided to reinstall a XP with a completely clean
install. Now I am getting these sporadic Windows
shutdowns. When I have come back from startup, I get an
error box that says that Windows has recovered from a
bugcheck. This is the error that I got from the Event
Viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000de (0x00000002, 0xe37f6f7c, 0xe37f7f7c,
0x18ad68c2). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini120203-01.dmp.

I tried to run dumpchk.exe at the c:\ with no luck.
Apparently there is a device driver problem. Nothing has
changed from my previous Windows installation. Unless
when I have updated Windows I somehow got a new driver
that isn't working properly with my setup. My problem
is, I haven't been able to figure out the problem
driver. Any help would be great. I was initially
thinking that I was having a troubled video card causing
the lockups. Maybe that is truly the cause. It is a
Gainward MX400 using the Nivida chip. Anyway, any news
or informantion would be great.

Thank you

If your pc is shutting down by just quitting with no errors and just boom
its shuts off. It could be your power supply
