My firewall (ZoneAlarm) keeps telling me "Spooler SubSystem App is trying to
access the Internet".
What is it? Should I Allow or Deny?

That's the printer subsystem. Your spooler basically queues up your print
jobs, formats the job for that particular printer, etc.

Deny it. Basically unless you have people printing from the Internet, you
have no need for it, and don't need to open the port used for it in your
firewall.
