Spooler error

Dear Colleague

I have a problem with my windows vista.
I cannot install my new printer.
When i'm install the driver of the printer, i got a message like this
"Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed".
Please Advice.......

Have you gone to the Printer's Manufacturer's website to check for the latest
Vista Compatible Driver?

Yes, the give me driver printer for windows vista. but it still have a same
problem:-(
And sorry for my double post.....
But now i'm waiting the answer from HP support.

They already give me the new CD about driver hp for windows vista but it
still have an error. But now i'm still waiting the answer from the HP support.
